ABOUT RED LINE V-TWIN POWER PACKS
Based on our work with the motorcycle industry's best tuners, engine builders, and race teams, Red Line offers complete synthetic oil packages for many of the most popular V-Twin motorcycles and Sport Bikes.
Each kit has been tested for compatibility and includes enough fluids for a complete oil change (users must check vehicle specs for capacity to ensure against overfilling, as full quarts may provide more product than necessary).
For 2007-up H-D® motorcycle with the 96-inch engine, users must purchase one extra bottle of Primary Chain Case Oil, since that bike's capacity is 38 oz (45 oz dry), rather than the 32 oz capacity for an Evo or Big Twin case shipping SHIPPING PRACTICES AND DELIVERY POLICY

Items purchased are shipped from our stock warehouse located in Huntingwood, New South Wales. Our delivery partners are Primarily Australia Post, Star Track (AIR, light items), Toll IPEC (ROAD – Heavy items) and Courier Please (Light Local deliveries). If, for any reason, your order, or part thereof, cannot be shipped you will be notified promptly.

Orders are dispatched within two business days, from the time that payment has been received in full, and delivery time is estimated to be between 2-12 business days depending on your location.

Rocket Industries Pty Ltd ships goods Internationally and Australia wide.

All parcels upon delivery will need to be signed for. Under no circumstances will parcels be left unattended or without a signature from the receiver.

If you are not available, when our delivery partner attempts a delivery, a card may be left advising you that your order will be available for you to collect from your local post office. If no such arrangements can be made, we, or our delivery partner, will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Some items are hazardous and shipping restrictions apply (for both Australian and International Orders). Should a shipping restriction apply, we will contact you. Alternatively, please contact our sales department, during business hours, to discuss any such restriction.

Due to German customs, we are not able to ship any TYRES to GERMANY. 

SHIPPING RATES AND HANDLING CHARGES

Please note that shipping and handling rates are calculated based upon your location and the size / weight of your order. Upon completion of your order our shipping calculator will display and add the shipping charges to your total order cost.

The seller is responsible for handling the risks and costs of the shipment. The buyer is responsible for settling all charges in order for customs to release the shipment such as import duties/taxes before full delivery can be made.

Payment We accept Visa, Master and Debit card (processed via PayPal).
Payment can also be made by PayPal account or Bank Transfer.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we can offer an exchange, or partial refund only provided that:

You return the item within 30 days of purchase;

You produce your original Rocket proof of purchase at the time you return the item.

The item is in re-saleable condition, meaning that:

        (a) It is in its original clean packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.

        (b) It is unopened, unused and in its original condition;

A warranty return will require a claim form (available from our website or office) to be completed.

The returned item will be subject a restocking fee, levied up to 15% of the total purchase price.

If these requirements are not satisfied Rocket reserves the right not to offer and exchange, refund or store credit.

No returns will be accepted unless the conditions detailed above are satisfied.

Please make sure you have all the above paperwork attached to the goods so there are no delays in processing the return.

The customer is responsible for any freight costs on goods returned for credit.

Please note that goods returned for credit, refund or exchange must not have been used / fitted or modified in any way. Goods failing to meet this requirement will be refused credit and returned to you at your cost.

Goods that are short supplied must be referred to Rocket within 7 days of receipt.

Please note that receipt of goods by our warehouse should not be seen as an obligation by us to issue a credit, or to provide you with a refund.
